The sfc /scannow command scans all protected system files and replaces corrupted and incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions. If the CPU was this hot the motherboard temperature at least would be effected and be considerably higher. But the temperature for the CPU is 84C, I suspect that this figure is wrong as it is so much higher than the other readings. The motherboard, graphic, and storage are showing temperatures ranging from 26C to 30C. One of the problems with the Speccy is that occasionally it will throw figures that don't fit with similar figures, like the temperatures in what you posted for the motherboard components. The following screen will appear, click on Yes.
